Anthony's Intro Bio:
Anthony McLean is an author and speaker who helps organizations strengthen mental health and workplace culture. His clients include global brands, school districts, and national associations. He has a particular knack for bridging generational divides and helping teams collaborate across ages and perspectives.
He is the author of two books: All Fired Up, which explores how mental health fuels energy and excellence, and his newest, The Four Generations: How Boomers, Gen X, Millennials, and Gen Z Can Finally Work Together.
Anthony has been married to Susie for over twenty years, and they have two Gen Z kids who remind him daily that he’s not nearly as cool as he thinks he is.

*McLean is pronounced “muh-CLAIN” (rhymes with gain).

Anthony’s keynote includes slides and a few short videos. He’s happy to accommodate either of the following presentation setups. Please confirm which option the A/V team prefers:
Using Anthony’s laptop:
Anthony brings a MacBook Pro with a built-in HDMI port. He’ll need the laptop on stage where he can easily see and access it while speaking.
Using your team’s computer:
Anthony will send a link to download his PowerPoint one week before the event. For this setup, he’ll need a comfort monitor showing both the current slide and the next slide. Seeing what’s coming next helps him stay on track throughout the presentation. Please also have a wireless presentation remote available so he can advance his slides.
Videos and audio
Anthony’s PowerPoint includes a few embedded MP4 videos with sound. He prefers to keep them embedded rather than play them as separate files, as he finds this runs more smoothly. Please give the videos a quick test ahead of time to make sure they play properly and the sound is working through the room’s speakers.
Microphone
Anthony prefers a wireless handheld microphone rather than a lapel mic.
Water
A glass or bottle of room-temperature water on stage would be much appreciated.
